This team of men from a nearby church come to help this church plant by leading evening services, sharing the gospel through music and preaching.

On July 9-15 a volunteer group came from White Hall Baptist Church, near Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The group came to work in two locations where there are two young churches. They partnered together along with some of the church members in each place. During their time here they led two day camps for children, one in each location. There were over 100 children who came and were involved in these day camps. Most of these children come from families which do not go to church anywhere, and the children have little knowledge of the gospel. The sowing of the seed of the gospel in their lives at this young age is very important.

Each evening while the group was here a Ukrainian team led outdoor evangelistic services where one of the churches is located.

Day Camp is a fun time, as Bible lessons are learned, games are played, etc. These children are enjoying rec time.

About 50 unbelievers came and heard the gospel during these night services, in addition to many believers who came to listen. Pray for these young churches as they seek to plant and water the seeds of the gospel in the hearts of many Ukrainians who do not have a Biblical understanding of salvation or personal relationship with God.

We would also ask you to pray the families of the children who came to the day camps, that the children’s Bibles they were given would be read not only by the children, but by the parents as well.
